What do I get?
A short MP4 video with sound, in 4:3, 10 or 15 seconds depending on the template. Each template page shows an example and describes exactly what happens in it.
Can I use photos of real people?
No. The video model refuses photos that show a real person's face. If it does, the video isn't made and your credits come straight back. Pets, plushies, figures, drawings and anime characters work well.
What happens if a video fails?
Every credit you spent on it is returned to your balance automatically. Credits come back to your account, not as cash.
How long is my video kept?
Videos are deleted 7 days after they are made. Download yours as soon as it is ready; once it is deleted we can't get it back.
Can I get a refund on credits I bought?
No. Credit packs can't be refunded or exchanged for cash once bought. Credits don't expire, and credits spent on a video that fails are returned to your balance.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 to 5 minutes. You can close the page; the video appears under My videos when it's ready, and we email you when it is.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your video. The originals are kept for up to 7 days after the video is done or has failed, then deleted.
Which resolution should I pick?
720p suits most people and looks sharp on a phone. 480p costs the least.
