Terms

Welcome Home is run by JIN and Phoebe. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Your photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Don't upload photos of real people's faces, and don't use the site to impersonate, mislead or harass anyone.

Credits

• Credits are bought in packs and spent when you generate a video.
• Credits don't expire.
• Credits you buy are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law says otherwise.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
• If a video fails, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically.

Your videos

You may download and share the videos made for you. Videos are deleted 7 days after they are made, so download yours in time; deleted videos can't be recovered. AI-generated results vary, and a video may not match your photos exactly.

Using the site

We may refuse or stop a video, or close an account, that breaks these terms, for example by using photos of real people's faces or photos you have no right to use. The site is provided as it is; we do our best to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available.
