Privacy

This page explains what Welcome Home, run by JIN and Phoebe, collects and why. Last updated 2 November 2026.

What we collect

• Your Google account email and name, so your credits and videos stay with you.
• We email that address only about your orders: a receipt when you buy credits, a message when a video is ready or could not be made. We send no marketing email.
• The photos you upload for each video.
• The videos made for you, and a record of each order.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card or bank details.

How photos are used

Your photos are sent to BytePlus ModelArk (Seedance) only to make your video. The originals are kept in our storage for up to 7 days after the video is finished or has failed, then deleted automatically. The finished video is also deleted 7 days after it is made. While they are stored, photos and videos sit at web addresses that are hard to guess but are not password protected: anyone who has the exact link can open the file. Don't share the link unless you want that.

How long we keep other records

Order records (which photos, quality and status) are kept for 60 days. Your email and credit balance are kept for as long as your account exists, until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Upstash (account and order records) and BytePlus (video generation). These companies run servers in other countries, so your data may be processed in other countries. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

To delete your account, videos and order history, email us at jinmyaigc@gmail.com from the email you sign in with.
